  Techence appreciate your confidence in purchasing the forks from Techence and Techence will spare no effort to supply you with the quality products & services. Also in order to fully guarantee your right and your interest, please kindly read the warranty statement first of all.

   

  Warranty periods

  Techence hereby declares that the guarantee period for all of forks is 12 months after delivery.

   

  Warranty claims

  If you have any claims about techence forks, please kindly contact us in priority and follow the below procedures:

  Step 1:  Please kindly forward the claim document to Techence, which includes  manufacturer code, production date located on fork back height and the broken photos in details.

  Step 2:  Upon receipt of your feedback, Techence will immediately track the test reports from the QC dept. to analyze root causes.

  Step 3:  Techence will send you the report about fork issues once getting the conclusion.

  Step 4:  If Techence or its authorized inspection reveals the forks appear to be defective in design, materials or workmanship, the goods will be replaced, repaired or deducted under the agreement between you and Techence.

   

  Important notes

  1. Techence shall not be liable for Inappropriate or inexpert use, faulty installation or commissioning of the goods by the Buyer or others, natural wear and tear, faulty or negligent handling, lack of proper maintenance, inappropriate operating means, poor civil works, inappropriate floor ground, chemical, electro-chemical or electrical influences 

  2. For any claims about techence forks, please remember to contact us in priority. Techence shall not be liable for the repair and replacement of defective forks which have not been approved in advance by Techence.

  3. In case the Buyer/the user undertakes any modifications whatsoever of the goods sup­plied (machining, welding, etc.) it will result in the loss of guarantee, liability and warranty.

  4. Usually forks are ordered as pairs, so techence shall not guarantee the new fork could be even with your old one if single fork is needed.

  5. Special forks can not be exchanged.
